Every time I walk through our doors I try to remind myself that someone like my Mom or Dad, husband or brother is sitting in the waiting room. We want it to be easy for you to get an appointment when you need one. You shouldn’t have to wait too long once you get here, and anything prescribed or ordered for you should be explained fully so you can understand and agree with treatment.
We know that bigger is not always better, and that’s why we developed Care Teams. Did you know that in addition to your physician at Winter Park Urology Associates, you also have a dedicated Medical Assistant and personal Care Coordinator? I hope you get to know them on a first name basis, and that reaching them on their business mobile phone is easier and more convenient for you.
