Winter Park Urology offers the latest minimally invasive procedures for an enlarged prostate including the Microwave and TUNA technology. These procedures can be performed in our office with comfort and allow the patient to avoid hospital surgery.
Winter Park Urology also offers laparoscopic surgery for the management of numerous urologic conditions. Laparoscopy is a less invasive surgery that uses a laparoscope to visualize internal organs through a small incision. Our doctors have performed hundreds of laparoscopic cases including radical nephrectomy, adrenalectomy, partial nephrectomy, renal cyst removal, and living donor nephrectomy. Our group also performs laparoscopic prostate surgery using the da Vinci surgical "robot".
