Dr. Vaughan was born in Peoria,Illinois. He received his undergraduate education at Harvard University and his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. His internship was at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago and his surgical and urology residency were undertaken at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr.Vaughan completed his urology training and moved to Winter Park. He is a Board Certified Urologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
