D avid H. Jablonski, M.D.
Dr. Jablonski
is certified by the
American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the
American College of Surgeons (FACS).
Dr. Jablonski was
born in Grosse Pointe, Michigan and moved to Orlando in 1970 and
has been practicing in Orlando, Florida, since 1997. He received
his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. His
medical degree and residencies in surgery and urology were
completed at the University of Florida, Gainesville.
He is an assistant clinical professor at the University of
Florida in Gainesville. In his free time, Dr. David Jablonski
enjoys sports, fishing, music and spending time with his wife
and three children.
